Windward Islands Airways Intl NV Dba “WINAIR” (WM-295) is a St. Maarten Government owned regional airline founded in 1961. The airline operates 19-seat de Havilland Twin-Otter aircraft and 42-seat ATR42 500/600 series aircraft. WINAIR has provided safe and efficient air transportation in the Caribbean for more than 55 years. WINAIR offers daily connections from its main gateway, Princess Juliana International Airport in St. Maarten to the islands of Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Barth, Nevis, St. Kitts, Tortola, Antigua, San Juan, Dominica and Guadeloupe.

WINAIR offers interline service agreements with several airline partners around the world including: Air France, Air Antilles, Air Caraibes, Cors Air, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, KLM, Hahn Air, United, Copa Airlines and Insel Air. This is giving customers greater access to the destinations with value added services such as checked through baggage. Air France presently codeshares on all Winair Dehaviland Twin Otter operated flights.

WINAIR also provides charter services to most Islands in the North Eastern Caribbean and offers Cargo and Quickpac service to all its destinations.
