Ils ont discut\u00e9 de la mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;actuelle d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;association outre-mer (DAO) et de la relation post 2020. Ils ont \u00e9galement pass\u00e9 en revue les programmes en cours, tels que les activit\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques et r\u00e9gionales du 10e et 11e Fonds europ\u00e9en de d\u00e9veloppement (FED), la feuille de route de l&rsquo;OCTA pour 2019 et les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de fond sur les oc\u00e9ans command\u00e9e par l&rsquo;OCTA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au cours de la conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle, <strong>M.
